Absolutely fine views from the room! The jacuzzi was prepared just right and the room was exactly as it was portrayed in the pictures. The manager and his team were super helpful, especially when they organized our ATV rentals and offered solid recommendations on where to eat. Not to forget breakfast, it was very nice with so many choices, that it became a highlight of our mornings.

It wasn’t cheap but worth every penny still.

Wow, the La Luna suite was epic! Every morning, breakfast on the balcony with those insane caldera views was a highlight. Andreas was super helpful, always making sure we had what we needed. Just wished the hot tub was working the whole time – that would have been perfect!

The La Luna suite had amazing views, but the manager forgot our welcome champagne which was a bit disappointing. Breakfast was ace, especially the omelette!

We had an amazing time with friends, enjoying stunning sunset views and a romantic cruise around the caldera. The breakfast served on our terrace was delicious, and the location made it easy to explore the nearby shops and restaurants. I recommend trying both the Golden Street and the volcano tour during your stay.

One downside was that the first room we wanted was unavailable for our entire stay, forcing us to switch rooms midway. This impacted the flow of our vacation slightly, but the staff managed it well.

Just a decent option for a quick trip in Fira with good price-value balance. The breakfast was served right on our patio every morning, which was a really nice touch.
